projects
Things I've built
A sample of what I build —products, automation, and systems—, beyond digital analytics. Several are my own projects, still private or in development; client work is described in general terms.
Multi-tenant SaaS · In development
Welcome Bnb
A SaaS platform for short-term-rental hosts: a multilingual guest welcome guide and smart-lock PIN automation, with each host isolated as their own tenant. Multi-tenant architecture with database-level isolation (PostgreSQL RLS) and envelope-encrypted secrets. It grew out of extracting and rebuilding, as a product, what I first solved for myself in OMM-Tools.
Own platform · In development
The Gym Grid
A multi-tenant booking and management platform for studio-type gyms: period-based packages, capacity-limited sessions, per-gym roles, and a super-admin panel to manage multiple locations. It's my own platform, in development with its first client and built to scale to more tenants.
Automation · Home & rentals
OMM-Tools
A set of utilities to automate my day-to-day and the administration of the apartments I rent out: tenant access control (Igloohome smart locks and electric gates via Tuya/IoT), batch PIN creation for tenants and Airbnb, laundry, and more. It started solving one concrete problem and kept growing as needed.
App · Personal · Real-time
Listly
A collaborative list app with real-time sync. I built it to share the grocery list with my wife and it grew from there: other kinds of lists, shared with family, and now also to organize the events we plan together. Several people edit the same list and changes propagate instantly over WebSockets.
Web · Design · SEO
This site — oscarmartinezm.com
A personal site hand-built in HTML, CSS, and JS, with no client frameworks. A "blueprint"
design with a hero that is my own dataLayer, a static build with Eleventy for
the notes, and careful technical SEO: structured data, hreflang, and performance.
Analytics · Implementation
Analytics architecture for a regulated environment
Taxonomy design, measurement plan, and data governance for an organization in a regulated environment, where traceability and compliance aren't negotiable. An implementation that scales across teams without losing consistency.
Analytics · Governance
Tag governance across a multi-brand organization
Standardizing tag implementation across several brands and markets: naming conventions, reusable templates, and a process that made adding a new property predictable instead of artisanal.
